This store is great with fantastic customer service from associate Gavin. Great selection, value, price, hours, and convenience. Huge selection of brands and a vast amount of merchandise. A clerk named Lauren tried to find what I wanted to buy but that location of Sephora didn’t carry it. She discovered it at another store. Pleasant, cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Give her a raise!
Phoned store and asked if they had 3x sized for men . The laidy put me on hold. To get someone to help me. Check to see if they have them at the store. Because I let her know I was just at another one. And they didn't have any!. She told me I understand. Lol she then says you have to come in and check for yourself. I guess times have changed for the worse. Zero comprehension

Disappointed the price checking machines are unavailable. Associate told me last week customer needs to download Kohls app and use it to price check. I think that is an absurd change in policy.
When I attempted to do that the app said I needed to update the app. I don’t carry around my passwords when shopping so was unable to update.
Lines at checkout are very long.

I was looking for shorts and they had a good selection. Not too many staff around but everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Changing rooms were neat and clean. Plenty of parking and not crowded. A good place to go for department style clothing and other goods.
I went in looking for 10.5 wide sneakers/shoes, none to be found, same for a nearby clerk to ask to see if any were out back. Not only did they not have these but there were many empty shelves on other sizes, selection for non wide as well. Went to a nearby Khols and it was much better stocked for merchandise, not staff. Yes, school vacation but the ordering should have had that into considerations months before this time period
